Maddie Kocur (she/they) is a Pittsburgh-based actor and performer who hails from Seton Hill University with a BFA in Musical Theatre.  She has been stealing the spotlight ever since the age of 5 when her mom put her in dance classes to channel her endless supply of energy.  Nowadays you can find her gracing any stage with that same zealous spirit as your run-of-the-mill page boy, grief-stricken maid, or crafty ingenue.  She recently made her debut with the Pittsburgh CLO for their yearly production of A Musical Christmas Carol as Fan/Laundress.

About Me.

Maddie is no stranger to the camera either, whether it be starring in friends' photo shoots or video projects, you can always find her acting her tail off.  She was featured in a commercial promoting high school shows around the greater Pittsburgh area for Channel 11 WPXI News.  Her most recent film project was portraying Catherine in the short film Lorica, directed by Benjamin Carlucci with Bit-Sized Productions.

Throughout high school, Maddie was recognized at the Gene Kelly Awards as a Best Actress Nominee for her performances in Riverview High School's productions of Annie (2013) and Little Women (2016).

When she's not expressing her fiery spirit onstage, you can find her in any local cafe drinking bubble tea, thrifting, or wrestling with her existentialism through writing poetry!
